When I first met Nicole and Cam they told me how much they loved sunsets. I mean, everyone loves sunsets, but these guys LOVE sunsets and it was important to them to get some sweet shots of the sun saying goodnight to their wedding. Honestly, I was a bit like “well, a fair bit of this is out of my hands, but if the sunset gods are smiling on us then we will shoot the shit out of it and create some magic.”
Wineries are often nestled in among hills and valleys, and not all of them are ideally situated to take in a good sunset, fortunately, Coriole is perfectly located for the evening light show.
Apparently the sunset gods were listening in on our meeting because halfway through speeches the sky erupted into the most spectacular backdrop I’ve ever seen. I’ve literally never done this before, but after consulting with Little Darling Films we decided the speeches had to pause for 10 minutes while we grabbed Nicole and Cam and fulfilled their sunset photographic destiny.
