It’s always good to see a few familiar faces on a wedding day, just a handful of people to make you feel like you’re already one of the gang. There were a few such faces at Quinnie and Eugene’s wedding so we were off to a great start. Firstly one of Eugene’s groomsmen was fellow wedding photographer Scott Goh so I felt like I had an ally on the inside, then one of Quinnie’s bridesmaids was Su whose wedding I photographed a few years ago. But here’s the thing, even if I’d never met any of these guys before it wouldn’t have made any difference as everyone was just so friendly and happy and great to be around.
I was also able to take advantage of another familiar face, one of my best mates lives on the same road as Eugene so I was able to nip up onto his balcony to get a bird’s eye view of the guys down on street, a bit of a different perspective to keep things interesting.
The weekend after this wedding Qunnie and Eugene headed over to Malaysia for another ceremony there. They were hoping to get a few photos from their Australian ceremony to show – these are the photos I sent.
