Loren and Tyson’s Golding winery wedding was a joyful celebration of color, minimalism, and good vibes. Their big wedding party was bursting at the seams with laid back peeps who were quick to laugh, it was like shooting fish in a barrel for me! I was shooting next to Good Day Dwyer on the film side of things and we were lucky with the weather and managed to soak up some magical golden hour light for our shoot with the couple. Again, like shooting fish in a barrel.

Their story began during night shifts, where Loren worked as the after-hours supervisor and Tyson was a courier. Long nights turned into easy conversations, and before long their first date at a cozy café called Five Little Figs set the stage for everything that came next. It was the kind of beginning that felt grounded and real, much like the way they chose to celebrate their Golding winery wedding.
Their engagement was as personal as it gets. On November 17, 2023, Tyson surprised Loren when she returned home from work, turning an ordinary day into a milestone moment. That same intimacy carried through to their wedding style. They described their theme as minimalist and simple but with a splash of colour, perfect reflection of their personalities.

On the day itself, what they looked forward to most was seeing each other at the aisle and sharing a drink with their guests. And honestly, it’s those little things that make a wedding unforgettable. From heartfelt glances to the cheers and clinking glasses, every moment at Golding Wines felt genuine and full of life.
Their advice to other couples? It’s never too early to start. Simple, but true. If Loren and Tyson’s wedding proves anything, it’s that keeping things simple and focusing on connection is what makes the day extraordinary.
