Poppy and Shaun have all kinds of things in common. They’re both super laid back, sporty, and tall – she’s literally a tall Poppy. They also have this beautiful connection and comfort level around one another, it’s super cheesy but when you spend a bit of time with them legitimately feels like they’re made for one another.
Golding Winery was the venue for their wedding and reception, and as usual, it did not disappoint. I reckon I’ve shot somewhere between 15 and 20 Golding weddings and this time round discovered a whole new area for photos that I never knew about before (and is spectacular). There are only a handful of venues that offer so much variety and so many surprises photographically.
Over the course of the day, I came to suspect that there might be a lively dance floor that night, and I wasn’t disappointed. When I’m there till the end of the night it’s always a massive relief when everyone gets their groove on, and there was a core group at this wedding who kept me on my toes for hours!
