What’s a reasonable time frame to have your “best of X year” slideshow done by? It was never getting done by 31st December, that’s for sure, but I thought I’d be able to pull it together in early January.
Suddenly it was mid January and there were more pressing things to get done so I gave myself a mental deadline of Australia Day, but then as the 26th approached we decided to take the kids to Yorkes for 5 days so it was put on the back burner once again. Fortunately the special days come thick and fast at this time of year so I’ve moved the goalposts once again and declared Valentine’s Day as the deadline (also, seeing as these photos are all of people in love it kind of makes sense).
If I don’t make the Valentine’s Day cut off next year I’ll have plenty of breathing room as Easter is late in 2017 (I just checked).
