When I first met Huan and Alan and we went through my portfolio they mentioned how they were wanting something a bit different with their wedding photos, something a little bit fun and quirky and unconventional (they particularly liked Josh and Tania working down the aisle…. of the local supermarket). So when a police car stopped right next to us in the Botanic Gardens we decided to ask the long arm of the law whether he minded us using it for a photo – no problem, so long as he wasn’t in the photo. (Ladies, quick heads up, you can do pretty much anything you like on your wedding day and no one will say a thing so it might be worth keeping that in mind with your wedding day planning!).
The ceremony was held in the Adelaide Botanic Gardens with the reception at the Adelaide Pavilion in Veale Gardens. We managed to sneak down to Henley Beach for some photos as this is where they went on their first date, unfortunately the one thing a bride can’t control on her wedding day is the weather but despite the drizzle and winds we still had a bunch of fun at the beach even if all three of us were chilled to the core!
