It’s been a long time between drinks. Not literally, obviously, I actually enjoyed a couple of frosty lagers just last night watching the NBA season opener between the Miami and Boston (right before tip off my heart was beating like a teenager ringing that girl he likes only to have her intimidating father pick up the phone instead). No, what I meant was it’s been a while since my last blog post. But you probably already knew that.
I’ve been pretty busy lately editing photos from a recent wedding and engagement shoot, but in addition to the editing I’ve been playing around with some personalised websites for both couples. At the risk of turning this post into a thinly disguised sales pitch I design a custom website for every couple who’s wedding I shoot, free of charge. I find it’s a great place to share photos of the engagement shoot, or a slide show of the wedding, details of the day itself or anything else the couple wants to say.
Rather than tell you what they do, why not take a look at them yourself? The first one is for Alexis and Jeffrey and has a slide show, the next one is for Lynda and Jase and will be updated with some photos from the wedding after the day – there’s also a few words still to add but I’m too excited to sit on this!
I’ve procrastinated with the blog long enough now, I really have to face my fears and mow the lawn now – here’s a photo I took on my iPhone on the way in this evening. Enough is enough.
